I have no idea whats called Baking and I was so enthusistic when I got invited by Academy of Pastry Arts India to learn their “Berry Vanilla Gateaux”..!!

I was worried listening the name thinking its very complex ( technical terms) and I might not understand the procedure..!! But the way Chef Kimberly showed the making and presentation of this Ruby – Baby “Berry Vanilla Gateaux”  was just amazing..!!!

And the way chef explained and baked was very professional and clear..!!

The laborious procedure is done so perfectly step by step by elucidating every minute detail of procedure by Chef..!!

This is the Soft Chocolate Almond Sponge..!!

Here comes the Berry Jelly..!!

And here comes the (Ruby- I call it ) Glazing..!!

And finally Decorated with the Berries..!!
