Kashmiri Wazwan at Radisson Blu

The Multi course Kashmiri Wazawan is happening in Bangalore at Radisson Blu Bengaluru till 19 th of August..!!


Sanil Parameswaran and I Was invited to taste this delicate cuisine..!!
As the name is, we tried multi course Kashmiri Wazwan, and it just not Non Vegeterian, better expect some tongue twisting named Kashmiri Veg Dishes and flavouful Kahwah and desserts too..!!
The Ambience of this place was very festive Fresh and contentful which helped not just take some gorgeous bokehs but also felt so deep in myself while tasting..!!


I must give credits and thanks to Sanghamitra to keep me so easy and comfortable and peaceful
Chef Mr. Irshad Ahmad Wani from Valley (Kashmir) maintained the dishes more Namma – oru – friendly without losing their originality..!!
Coming to the food,
Amazing Walnut – Radish – Onion – Mint Chutneys, I wanna make a quick note here because of their Yumminess..!!
Chutneys add the flavor for most of the starters and especially Walnut chutney gave the base and flavor to the starters we tried..!! – Spoon Licking
Started with their Subtle Subz Badami Sorba – Mild Vegetable flavor mixed with earthy Almond – Subtle


Amongst all the starters I tried,
Special Mention about Malai Sarson Paneer Tikka – Tender Paneer Cube is well marinated in Hung Curd – Dry Fruits and mustard leaves and tandoored..!! Its a creation of Taste.
The other starters Makai Malai tikka, Zaam Dhoodh Kebab, Nadru ki Shammi – Lotus styem and Dry Fruit Patty were decent…!!


Among the Main Courses
I personally loved Moong Dal Nadru was the best – Cooked MoongDal and Lotus tem sauteed in fresh spices and Ghee – Divine..!!


Al Yakhni – Sundried Bottle gourd simmered and cooked in Yoghurt Gravy..!! – Just perfect


After all, Kashmiris are rice lovers so to present that there was a preperation called Modur Pulao which is made with Basmati rice Dry Fruits and the basic herbs..!!


The one which is missed by all of us and chef too was the Kashmiri Roti, Shirmal ..!!!
Finally we were served the Desserts, Kesar Rasmalai and Phirni which were decent ..!!


Sweet Paans Served in a Swan – Plate In the Plate of Ice was amazing and gave us a feel of Swan in Dal Lake..!!


And Kahwahs were Wow


Was a great experience and this is only for Dinners till 19th of Aug ..!!!
