Mish Mash
A bit of everything is the basic concept of Mishmash, which has all cuisines like Continental, Mediterranean, North Indian, Mughalai, South Indian, Coastal Cuisines..!! A simple, small, 2 storeyed, with a small lounge in the ground floor and dining in the first floor..!!
Looking at the menu I felt wow..!! Raw Mango Curry one side, Shepherd Pie another side, Spinach Cheese Cannelloni one side and Fish wrapped with green chutney in banana Leaf on one side..!! Fresh Double Bliss which has Guava and Banana juice one side and Poinsettia, the sparkling wine on other side..!! It simply had everything which is very special in every cuisine which makes the menu very desirable..!!
As a part of bloggers table, I tasted few items from their menu and I liked many of the items ut some were really special..!!
We started with Soups, Salads, Pizzas, Starters, Main course, staples, Desserts and Drinks..!!
I am eager to start with drinks; I tasted only Mock tails and Poinsettia..!!
Poinsettia is a cocktail made of Cranberry juice and Sparkling wine, I must say, A Must try.
Double bliss, Fresh Guava, Banana juice with Ice cream, I never tried this combination and it’s good.
Virgin Melon, water melon, Basil and Lime, was good with the flavor of Basil in it..!!
Thirsty Treat is a simple lemon juice.
Dreamy Litchi had Litchi juice, Peach and cream, which is too sweet, I liked it..!!
Soups:
Pureed Palak and Malak Kernels and Nimbu Soup, A Normal Palak Makai Soup has a twist of Lemon taste which made it tastes special..!! Good, light and yummy.
Raw Papaya Crushed Peanut Sweet Chili Dressed Salad, wow, its just wow and reminded Pan Asian Salad..!! Must Try..!!
Grilled Broccolli & Sun Dried Tomatoes on a Pesto base Pizza is a thin crust crunchy and yummy pizza..!!
Starters:
Paneer Bhutte Ki Sheek is ok ok.
Wild Mushroom Arancini with mozzarella A must try Mushroom Mozzarella cheese balls, Simply Superb.
Tandoori Bharwan Aaloo Stuffed Cooked Potatoes, Yummy.
Sweet Potato Gelouti with Baby Sheermal, Spiced sweet potato Gelouti Kebab with a special biscuit base, wow for the idea, and wow for the taste..!!
Main Course:
Spinach Cheese Cannelloni, I dint like it much, as I felt lil bland..!!
Raw Mango Curry: A must try delicious yummy raw mango curry with red chilly tadka, it’s so mouth watering, must try.
Chena Dumpling in Makhni Sauce: Very bland gravy with too much butter and was dumplings did not absorb the gravy and didn’t like it at all..!!
Accompaniments:
Neer dosa and Rotis and Kulchas were served and a special Cashew Roti was served which was very heavy on stoomach but was tasty..!!!
Desserts:
Phirni was good
Blue Berry Cheese Cake was heavenly.
Belgium Chocolate Truffle cake, Oh Please can anyone out there say no for this?? Killer..!!
Overall it was really fun to mix and match at MishMash..!!
