I was invited for Bloggers meet-up at Wazwan Kashmiri Food Festival at Aloft, Cessna Tech Park, Bellandur. This is the first time I am experiencing Aloft Business hotel, its a gorgeous looking hotel with 191 rooms and bar with Live band and other attractions..!! Restaurant Wazwan, at Aloft, organizing the Kasmiri Food Festival, with main concept designed by the Executive Chef, Mr. Sandeep, and the Authentic touch is given by the team of Celebrity Chefs Mr.Abdul Haleem and team..!!
Its a rare opportunity to enjoy feel of Kashmir, and eat the real Kashmiri food.
The feel of the Kashmir is its spices, when it comes to its food and the cute boats along the rivers..!! Kashmiri teas,Kashmiri pickles, Kashmiri Desserts, Biryani, Meat everythingis made available to bring the feel of Kashmir..!!

Febrauray is a month full of birthdays generally, This time, if anyone wanna try new, try attending this festival happening till 24th of this month at Aloft Bengaluru, Cessna tech Park..!!
It was a very traditional welcome and had the display of all the Kashmiri Spices,Boats, fruits etc..,..!!
We were served with the special Kashmiri starters..!!
Non Vegeterian food is the best here..!! They are so delectable, fresh, well marinated,tender and full of spices..!!
Fish, Chicken, Meat was just out of the world..!!Please try all the Non-veg delicacies here..!! The spices used are freshly pounded, the dishes look so inviting and mouthwatering served with the Pomegranate..!!
Veg Starters are good and easy and Cinnamon and clove flavors are predominantly used in the tawa fried Starters..!!
Then I ordered fresh Apple, Pomegranate juices,and Sanil ordered brandy Cocktail, and mock-tails..!!
Then we jumped to Special Kashmiri Veg\Non Veg Biryani, which was best at its spices but not at hotness ( as I prefer my food a lil more hot with more chillies)
Then I tried the buffet finally, Names were all in Kashmiri, I didnt get many but everything can be understood well after eating..!!
I tried Spiced Brinjal Curry, Kashmiri Dal, Kashmiri Dates Pulav, Kashmiri Veg biryani, rajma and all the delicacies..!!
Every thing was at its best..!! The appetizers like Special Spiced Potato Kashmiri style was the best..!!

One must try Kashmiri Naan..!! It has a mild sweet flavour and buttery and and Crunchy..!! Must try in here..!!
Special Kashmiri Kahwa (Spiced tea) is an attraction..!!
Special Kashmiri Desserts like, Shofta, Chilly Firni, Basundi, Lal Peda, Ras Mala are the best and must try desserts here..!!

Try not to miss the festival..!! It is happening at Wazwan, Aloft, Cessna Tech Park, Bellandur..!! Kashmiri Food Festival is happening all through the working hours..!!
