You may also add some more veggies like carrot, green peas, potato, cauliflower etc whatever choice you add in this recipe but before adding in wide bottomed pan boil veggies later add. Ingredients:-

Soya chunks-1/2 cup

Rice-1 cup

Water-2 cups

Onions-1

Tomatoes-2

Gingergarlic paste-1 tsp

Cashews- require amount

Garam masala powder-1 tsp

Red chili powder-1 tsp

Coriander powder-1 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation Method:-

  1. Initially wash and rinse rice twice or thrice. Later boil rice by adding 2 cups of water keep it aside. Now finely chop onions,tomatoes keep it aside. Boil water by adding salt later add soya chunks in it cook it for 10 mins after squeeze water from soya chunks keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wide bottomed pan add gingergarlic paste fry it till raw smell went out later add cashews fry it until turns into golden brown in colour, now add onions cook it until turns into transparent.
  3. Later add chopped tomatoes cook till it turns mushy now add garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder mix it well later add soya chunks again mix it.
  4. Now add boiled rice in it mix it well cover lid cook it for 5 mins. Switch off the flame serve hot hot yummy spicy soyachunks rice recipe along with ritha or any other gravy dish.
