The trendy Brussels sprout is served up all year round, but it’s generally harvested in the fall months and seen in abundance during autumn and winter. It pairs perfectly with rosemary, the hearty winter herb. A sprinkle of garlic salt, chopped onion, whole milk, butter, cream cheese, and salty parmesan completes the dish. Savory Brussels sprouts are served in a whole new way. You can substitute the whole milk for heavy cream for an even thicker soup if you desire.

An easy slow cooker soup!

Delicious food should be easy to make. Just set and forget this cheesy soup. Throw the ingredients together before work or starting your busy day.
