5-Ingredient BBQ Chicken Sliders

You need this simple recipe for BBQ Chicken Sliders for all of your summer outdoor entertaining. This 5-ingredient appetizer is a huge hit at parties and it’s the perfect cheap kid-friendly meal that’s great for a weeknight dinner in just 20 minutes.

Growing up Jamaican, Sliders aren’t something that ever appeared in our home. Jerk chicken, curry, rice, and peas – those happened weekly. I didn’t even know what a slider was until I met my fiancée. One day she told me she was making ham and cheese sliders. After a confusing look on my end, she knew I needed more information. Ham and cheese on a small bun, she told me. Okay, I guess I could do this. Luckily I did because they were delicious.

What’s your favorite slider recipe?

Then recently, we made honey mustard bbq bacon and turkey sliders. They were even more amazing than the ham and cheese. They were insanely simple to make and just took a few ingredients. As a dad, I love learning recipes like these because I know that I can make an actual meal for our family if I’m in charge for a weeknight dinner. Our girls love the handheld size of sliders and I love that the possibilities are endless.
