5-Ingredient Apple Cider Waffles

These delectable 5-Ingredient Apple Cider Waffles are what you need for your holiday brunch. They’re not too sweet and are full of apple cider goodness. Cover them in cooked apples or maple syrup, and serve with a side of bacon.

The holiday season is right around the corner! I am so excited because this is the only time of the year when my whole family gets together. We always have so much fun cooking together, sharing stories, and enjoying great food together. Because we all live pretty far away from one another, we have to spend the night which means we get to spend even more time together!

This means, however, that the holidays are more of an all day event because the house is full of loved ones. I always wake up early and start with a big, fun, family breakfast that everyone will love. I love making a big breakfast so that we don’t even have to think about eating dinner until late in the afternoon.

5-Ingredient Apple Cider Waffles

This year, I’m going to be making these delectable 5-Ingredient Apple Cider Waffles. These are so amazingly delicious. They’re not too sweet and they are full of apple cider goodness. You can serve them with crisp bacon, cooked apples, and maple syrup; or even applesauce and whipped cream!

These are super easy to make too. I just start with a baking mix (the boxed kind that’s for pancakes, waffles, or biscuits), and then add one egg, a little olive oil, a cup of apple cider, and 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt. This adds creaminess and a little sweetness to the waffles to make them perfect. Just cook these in any type of waffle maker and your whole house will be filled with the most incredible apple cider smell. What a great way to wake up guests on a holiday morning!
