This keto Salad Toppings Recipe is fantastic to make in advance and store in an airtight container. (I got the idea from a similar product that my local grocery store was selling, but with this toppings recipe you can easily make your own.)

Then you can add a tablespoon to your salads, to your coconut yogurt, or each by itself as a quick snack mix.

It’s quick and super easy to make and you can change it up to include your favorite keto nuts and seeds.

Crunchy Raw Keto Salad Toppings Recipe

For this keto salad toppings recipe, I used a mix of:

  • raw white sesame seeds,
  • pumpkin seeds,
  • sunflower seeds,
  • pecan pieces, and
  • some goji berries.

Other great options that you can add into your keto salad mix include:

  • shredded coconut
  • almond slices
  • walnut pieces
  • macadamia nut pieces
  • Brazil nut pieces.

If you’re staying Keto or low carb, then watch out for carbohydrates in nuts and seeds. So don’t overeat them!

If you’re not watching your carbohydrate intake, then you can add in a bit of raisins to provide a sweet flavor to your salad.

Just combine your nuts and seeds and store in an airtight jar. Then just use whenever you need to.
