Ginger-Garlic Chicken Meatballs and Spaghetti

 Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb ground chicken
  • Spaghetti
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Cilantro
  • Lemon
  • Onion
  • Green Pepper
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Red pepper
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt
1. Add Ground chicken, salt, black pepper, cilantro leaves, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste, and red pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix for 1-2 minutes. Set aside in fridge for half an hour to an hour.

2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the Ground Chicken when ready to cook. Mix once more and roll into small Meatballs.

3. In a medium sized frying pan, add some oil and let the meatballs cook for about 3-4 on each side.
While the meat balls are cooking, boil water for the spaghetti on the side.

4. After 8 minutes, saute onions and pepper in the pan with the meatballs. Add 4-5 tablespoons of soy sauce and sriracha to your liking. Mix the sauce. Finally, add the drained spaghetti!

I actually didn't have any pasta sauce at home so this was a last minute solution but I enjoyed this flavorful meal.

Optional: add sesame seeds!
