this Smoothie is perfect for the start into spring. it boosts your metabolism and tastes really yummy! the combination of Mango, spinach, coconut water and matcha just gives you a kickstart in the morning.
ingredients (2 glasses)
- 200 g mango
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 300 ml coconutwater
- 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 1 piece of inger the size of your thumb
- some lemon juice
- 2-3 sprigs mint
cut the flesh from the mango (how to best to so you’ll find at the mango chutney)
place in a blender or smoothie maker with the rest of the ingredients and finely puree. fill into to 2 big glasses.
