The problem is now bleeding out into the areas around the city where it seems like there is more coming around form more sexual assault in Beaverton.

I have a question. When people do not feel the police can help them, when will people start trying to Handle Business themselves. Remember all the crimes being reported, they are not reported if someone just pulls a gun out and tried to handle business on their own. I carry a knife on me whenever I have to go out, and if its in a bad spot there is a way where my longest blade can sit in my bag and still be in reach. 90 day plans are not going to work, the state cannot save the city from five people who fail so hard and are trying to make it so there are twelve city commissioners. You could have a hundred and if they are of the same level the only thing that would differ is how many being paid.
