We are often called upon to cater Celebration of Life events. Here the location was the Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Cardiff, CA.

The customer here wanted to take into account everyone’s dietary requirements. Instead of our regular Mediterranean Menu they requested a meal comprising beef, chicken and a selection of vegetarian options as follows.

Rice Pilaf with Vegetables

Mediterranean Grilled Vegetables Tossed with a garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinaigrette

Greek Feta Cheese and Olive Salad Crisp romaine and red tip lettuce mixed with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, red onion, feta cheese & kalamata olives tossed in a Mediterranean style dressing

Tables and chairs were provided by the church and we were asked to provide blue/white linens decor for the buffet table and all disposable plate & silverware
