VMFAT-101 Christmas Dinner

Rotisserie Affair Catering was approached to cater the VMFAT-101 Christmas Dinner. This was requested and arranged by Commanding Officer, Marine Attack Training Squadron 101 Colonel Nathan M. Miller, Capt Spencer Mohr and their teams.

We have become very well known among all the uniformed agencies. Going out of our way to provide the most scrumptious of meals at subsidized pricing. Our way of giving back to all of those who help to keep our families safe.

The VMFAT-101 Christmas Dinner was no exception. With only a few weeks notice of the event and tied up with multiple functions we pulled out all of the stops to make sure that the 200 folks in attendance were well fed. These folks are the important maintenance crew who keep the fighter jets in tip top condition.

Rotisserie Roasted Marinated Free-Range Chicken Served with hot BBQ sauce on the side

Crisp romaine and red tip lettuce mixed with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion with dressing
