Rotisserie Affair Catering was chosen to cater the Meeting Professionals San Diego networking event. This year the event was hosted at The Vault.
In attendance were many members of the Meeting Professionals San Diego chapter. The menu chosen for this networking event was as follows.

Served with creamed horseradish
Rotisserie Roasted Marinated Free-Range Chicken
Carved and served to each guest individually
Served with hot BBQ sauce on the side
Signature Pulled Pork
Served with hot BBQ sauce on the side
Classic Rice Pilaf
Served with a medley of garden vegetables
Mandarin Orange Tossed Salad
Mixed greens & spinach with cherry tomatoes, cabbage, mandarin
oranges, fried won noodles, tossed with a toasted sesame dressing
Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad
Freshly Baked Dinner Rolls
As is often the case we worked closely with other vendors to ensure the best outcome for our client.
These included The Tap Truck and Frost 321
Attendees were served food hot directly off the rotisserie many coming back for seconds and even thirds!
