We often get called upon to assist with catering at many special events, this Miramar College 9/11 event is no exception.

Management at Miramar College have arranged a special day to commemorate 9/11 and the 412 first responders who died on that day.

They contacted us to find what kind of menu we can put together at discounted price to feed the large numbers of guests that they expect to attend. As always, our All American BBQ is a favorite and so we tailored a version of this menu as follows:-
