Rotisserie Affair Catering are thrilled to again be one of the caterers at the San Diego Bacon Fest feeding 3500 people.

This year it will be take place on International Bacon Day on Saturday September 2 2017 at Preble Field Liberty Station.

All samples of beer and food will be included with your entry ticket and VIP ticket holders get early entry, brew slings and access to sample some special beers.

ARE SAMPLES LIMITED?
Limited bacon and beer samples? What is this sorcery you speak of? Bacon Fest is an all-inclusive event, granting you unlimited samples from all our beverage and food vendors. We want you to be double fisted throughout the entire day. Bacon in one hand. Beer in the other. It’s hard to maintain a level of double fistedness (we made that word up) when you have to reach for your wallet every couple of minutes. Yeah, we know what you’re thinking. “They thought of everything!” Yes. Yes we did. Oh, water is free too.

THE VIP TICKET INCLUDES A BREW CADDY. WHAT IS IT?
The Brew Caddy is an amazing device that hangs around your neck and holds your beer for you while you stuff your pie hole with the greatest meat known to man. You also look cool wearing it because you will look prepared, and that’s an attractive quality.

IS PARKING FREE?
Yes. Parking is free on the street, but we rather you not drive. We suggest horseback, camelback or one of those ride share services that are too cheap to pay to be a vendor. We will have magic carpet parking for those that prefer the friendly skies.

CAN I BRING IN A CHAIR?
Chairs are not allowed. The Fire Marshall is not a fan. He said something about lane obstruction and emergencies. We weren’t really paying attention after we heard, “No.”

WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?
No.​ No. No. This is a day to celebrate bacon, which is made from pork bellies. Veggie Fest will have vegetarian options. The problem is, there isn’t a Veggie Fest. By the way, we suggest not going outside today because the Bacon Gods (there’s a group of them) are going to strike you down for just thinking about a vegetarian option. Now go sit in the corner and count to 100. You’re in timeout.

WILL THERE BE TURKEY BACON?
Turkey bacon doesn’t exist. Flattening another type of meat and cutting it into strips does not make it bacon. As stated in the question above, bacon is made from pork bellies, and nothing else.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN WATER?
You are allowed to bring in one 16oz sealed (never been opened) bottle of water. Water will also be provided during the event.
