Healthy Chicken Pulao


Vegetable pulao is a healthy food as well as satisfying, but today my innovative experimental recipe "Healthy Chicken Pulao" dedicate to all the chicken lover. This recipe is not spicy, so simple and takes less time.

Time required: Less than 25 minutes.

Ingredients:
● 250 gm rice (soak it in some water for 30 min) 200 gm boneless chicken (cut in to equal  size pieces) 1 cup Chopped carrot) 1 cup slice onion 6 to 7 Green chillies chopped½ cup chopped beans ½ tsp chopped ginger ½ tsp crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 3 to 4 pods of green cardamom 2 to 3 sticks of cinnamon 2 bay leaves8 to 10 Cashew Nuts 3 tbsp ghee or refined oil  Sugar to taste Salt to taste


Procedure:
Step 1: At fast boil the chicken with bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and some salt. (keep the Chicken Stock for further use)

Step 2:  Heat some ghee in a dip pan.

Step 3: Add cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli and sauté for few sec.

Step 4: Add onion, carrot, beans and cashew nuts and fry for few min.

Step 5:
Mix the rice gently and use the chicken stock for boiling the rice.


Step 6:
After boiling the rice add some salt, sugar and chicken then mix nicely.


Step 7:
Serve hot with green salad.
