A very simple, quick Kadhi for navratri fast. Preparation is almost same as normal besan kadhi. Instead of besan here we are using rajgira flour.

Ingredients :- 1/2 cup Rajgira Flour
- 2 cup plain curd
- 1/4 tsp Ginger-green chilli paste
- 2 tsp sugar
- Curry leaves, handful
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 2 tsp Crushed peanuts
- 3 cup water
- salt, to taste
- Mix together Rajgira flour, salt, curd and sugar. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add water to it and keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.Let them crackle.
- Now add ginger-chilli paste and sauté for a minute.
- Now add the rajgira-curd mixture, mix well and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Stir Continuously.
- Lower the flame and cook the kadhi for 2 - 3 minutes or till it become thick while stirring continuously.
- Once the kadhi becomes thick, remove it from heat.
- Pour the kadhi in a serving bowl.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve with Aloo khichadi.
