Galouti kebab

Galouti kebab(silky and smooth)

Ingredients:
Cinnamon stick  3 inch piece
Cloves 3 no
Cardamom 6 no
bayleaf 1 no
Star anise 1 no
Mace flower 1 no
green chilly 2 pieces
Ginger 4 inch piece
Garlic 15 to 20 pods (china garlic means -7 pods)
onion 1 no
raw papaya 1/2 cup
Egg 1 no
gram flour powder  2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
coriander leaves 1 cup
Minced meat 1/2 kg

oil 1 Tbsp

Preparations :
optional you can keep this marinated meat in refrigerator for 1 hr,that also gives you a super yummy kebab
  • In a mixie jar add all the ingredients (expect the coriander leaves)and grind into smooth paste 
  • Now add the minced meat to the grinded paste and add 1cup chopped coriander leaves,turmeric powder and salt to taste
  • mix it well.In a pan add oil`,apply Cooking Oil at your hands then prepare average sized kebabs from the grinded mixture make a small patties and do shallow fry on both sides of your kebab.
  • now silky and smooth Galouti kebab is ready now
