Chicken Pasta/ Keema Macaroni

This quick and simple Pasta recipe is a great way to satisfy any appetite. I have used minced chicken you could use minced lamb too.


Ingredients:
  • Pasta - 1 cup (200grams)
  • Water - to boil Pasta
  • Onion -1 finely chopped
  • Fresh Tomato - 1 pureed
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Sweet Chilly sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Minced chicken - 150 grams
  • White pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli Flakes (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Corriander leaves / Spring onion - few (optional)
Method:
  • Cook pasta in boiling water. Drain it in a colander and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onion for a minute.
  • Add minced chicken and salt and fry for another minute.
  • Add tomato puree to it and add tomato Sauce, soya sauce, sweet chilly sauce and let it boil for 3-4minutes.
  • Now add pepper and chilli flakes and add the cooked pasta and let it cook for another 2-3minutes.
  • Serve hot. Garnish with fresh coriander and spring onions.
