This quick and simple Pasta recipe is a great way to satisfy any appetite. I have used minced chicken you could use minced lamb too.
Ingredients:
- Pasta - 1 cup (200grams)
- Water - to boil Pasta
- Onion -1 finely chopped
- Fresh Tomato - 1 pureed
- Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
- Soya sauce - 2 teaspoon
- Sweet Chilly sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Minced chicken - 150 grams
- White pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Chilli Flakes (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Corriander leaves / Spring onion - few (optional)
Method:
- Cook pasta in boiling water. Drain it in a colander and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion for a minute.
- Add minced chicken and salt and fry for another minute.
- Add tomato puree to it and add tomato Sauce, soya sauce, sweet chilly sauce and let it boil for 3-4minutes.
- Now add pepper and chilli flakes and add the cooked pasta and let it cook for another 2-3minutes.
- Serve hot. Garnish with fresh coriander and spring onions.
