Creamy Cucumber Slaw

This delicious Creamy Cucumber Slaw is a low calorie salad that’s a delight for the taste buds. Besides, it’s quick to make.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

2 Cucumber (medium)
2 tsp Dill leaves
1/2 to 1 green chilly, chopped finely
1/3rd cup Hung curd (very thick)
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers. Add chopped dill leaves. Add green chilly.
Make the dressing by blending/mixing the rest of the ingredients. Mix it in the Cucumber Dill salad. Chill for 10 mins (optional) and serve.
