Ingredients
- 1large Hoki fillet
- 1large eggbeaten
- 1cup breadcrumbs(homemade)
- 1/4cup Parmesan cheese(grated)
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Capers
- lime juice
Instructions
- Dip fillet in egg then coat with blended Parmesan cheese and the homemade breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
- Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce sprinkled with capers and a splash of lime juice.
