- 300g (10oz) cauliflower, grated
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- Paleo mayo
- Lime wegdes
