Asian Greens with Sweet Soy and Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 1lb baby bok choy
- 1lb Chinese broccoli
- 9 1/2 oz water spinach
- 1/2teaspoon sesame oil
- 1tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1tablespoon kecap manis
- 1tblespoon rice vinegar
- 1tablespoon sesame seedstoasted
Instructions
- Cut the bok choy, Chinese broccoli and water spinach into 8 in/20cm lengths. Wash, drain and put in a large bamboo steamer lined with baking paper. Cook over a wok of simmering water, making sure the base of the steamer does not come in contact with the water, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are bright green and tender.
- Whisk together the sesame oil, oyster sauce, kecap manis and rice vinegar in a jar.
- Place vegetables onto a serving plate and drizzle with the sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Recipe Notes
Pairs with white wines, including Sancerre and White Burgundy.
