Asian Greens with Sweet Soy and Sesame Dressing

    Ingredients
    • 1lb baby bok choy
    • 1lb Chinese broccoli
    • 9 1/2 oz water spinach
    • 1/2teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1tablespoon oyster sauce
    • 1tablespoon kecap manis
    • 1tblespoon rice vinegar
    • 1tablespoon sesame seedstoasted
    Instructions
    1. Cut the bok choy, Chinese broccoli and water spinach into 8 in/20cm lengths. Wash, drain and put in a large bamboo steamer lined with baking paper. Cook over a wok of simmering water, making sure the base of the steamer does not come in contact with the water, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are bright green and tender.
    2. Whisk together the sesame oil, oyster sauce, kecap manis and rice vinegar in a jar.
    3. Place vegetables onto a serving plate and drizzle with the sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
    Recipe Notes

    Pairs with white wines, including Sancerre and White Burgundy.
