Chicken and Corn Soup

    Ingredients
    • 7oz chickendiced or sliced
    • 8oz coenjuice and pulp
    • 1 1/4pints chicken stock
    • salt and ground black peper
    • shredded flat leaf parsleyto garnish
    Instructions
    1. Fry the chicken in a saucepan. Add the corn and chicken stock and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve garnished with shredded parsley and with crusty baguette slices.
