Beef Appetizer Recipes
Try this great beef appetizer recipe - Mini Meaty Balls. This appetizer recipe pairs with Red wines, including: Camenere, Chianti, Petite Sirah, Sangiovese, Shiraz, and Zinfandel. Enjoy! #appetizer #beef @chefvivant
- 1 1/2lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2in piece gingerfreshly chopped
- 1bunch fresh cilantrochopped
- 1/2bunch frech cilantrochopped
- 1each egg
- 1/4teaspoon garlic steak seasoning
- 1/2cup brreadcrumbsto coat
- Preheat a large skillet. Mix all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Form mixture into small balls with a tablespoon. Coat the meaty balls with the dry breadcrumbs.
- Dry-fry the meat balls for 8-10 minutes, turning every couple of minutes.
Note: This is a lovely recipe if you want to serve mini cocktail meat balls before dinner. With a few basic ingredients, including the ground beef, fresh ginger and fresh cilantro you are giving the mini meat balls lots of flavor. For your next party, serve some mini meat balls on a toothpick.
