Scallop Chowder

Cook Time2 1/2 hours
Ingredients
- 12each scallops
- 1/2cup white wine
- 1sprig thyme
- 1cup thickened cream
- 3quarts milk
- 1pint chicken stock
- salt and ground black pepper
- 6each green onionschopped
Instructions
- Place scallops into slow cooker with white wine and herbs and cook on low for 1 hour.
- Combine remaining ingredients and add to slow cooker. Cook on high for 1-11/2 hours or on low for 11/2 -2 hours until heated through, do not overcook.
