Scallop Chowder
    Servings4 servings
    Prep Time10 minutes
    Cook Time2 1/2 hours
    Ingredients
    • 12each scallops
    • 1/2cup white wine
    • 1sprig thyme
    • 1cup thickened cream
    • 3quarts milk
    • 1pint chicken stock
    • salt and ground black pepper
    • 6each green onionschopped
    Instructions
    1. Place scallops into slow cooker with white wine and herbs and cook on low for 1 hour.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients and add to slow cooker. Cook on high for 1-11/2 hours or on low for 11/2 -2 hours until heated through, do not overcook.
