Aloe Vera Smoothie with Avocado and Spinach

Here is the awesome green smoothie power that comes to give you that much needed kick – physically and spiritually. We have personally tried this recipe and can vouch for its therapeutic effect, and we had one right after an intensive workout in the gym.

Aloe vera and Coconut water gives you the hydrating effect, while lemon juice flushes the poisonous toxins from your body. If you worry that you have too much sodium buildup from the heavy dinner the previous night, don’t worry! The ultra high level of potassium in the banana as well as coconut water come to the rescue – guarantee to retune your internal system, at least for a day! Your body will say a big thank you to you in the end.

Here is the list of ingredients

– 1 cup chopped spinach
– 1 frozen banana
– 1/4 cup mashed avocado
– 1 cup coconut water
– 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 2 to 3 dashes of cayenne pepper
– 1/4 cup coconut water ice cubes

Directions
