Whole 30 2: Day 29

Day 29 I can’t believe I’m almost to the end! I think one thing that helped was to be really freaking busy and to not have time to think about Food so much. Mentally, I feel so much more clarity, energy, a sense of mental fortitude, and frankly feel like I have my shit together thanks to these 30 days.

Breakfast and Dinner were pretty identical, which consisted of what I call “cheater fries”: nuked potatoes, split in half, then browned in avocado oil.

Here’s breakfast:

Leftovers for lunch from some of the items I got from Whole Foods. At this point, the plate isn’t looking so pretty, so I’ll remind you of what it looked like this this nicer one. Basically there’s pineapple pork, paleo vegetables, and pot sticker pork, along with the odd kalamata olive.

And dinner was more cheater fries and ground beef:
