Cooking spray
1 large baking dish
4 cups bread crumbs
Large bowl
6 tomatoes – chopped
1 tsp coarse salt
7 large eggs – stirred
2 Tbsp black pepper
1 cup melted butter
2 cups white onions – chopped
2 lbs regular sausage – crumbled
4 cups bread crumbs

To start, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Next, spray an even coat of cooking spray onto a large baking dish, and then coat the bottom of the dish with an even layer of bread crumbs. Next, in a large bowl, combine tomatoes, coarse salt, eggs, and black pepper. Stir the ingredients until well blended and then add melted butter, white onions, and crumbled sausage to the bowl. Stir the mixture until well blended. Lastly, pour the mixture into the baking dish and then cover the mixture with an even layer of bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
