To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Combine ground chuck or beef, black pepper, parsley flakes, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Use your hands to work the ingredients until well blended. Next, add 3 eggs, roasted almonds, frozen cranberries, and sweet wine to the mixture. Use a large spoon to work the ingredients for at least 5 minutes. Transfer the hamburger mixture into a prepared baking dish and cook for 45 minutes.
