Roll is one of the famous street foods in India. There are so many varieties of Roll that are different to each other. My today’s recipe is Baby Kima Roll, which is modified dish from the regular roll and it’s very tasty and easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gm Chicken Kima
- 3 Eggs
- 4 cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Kaju/Cashew (chopped)
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 5 to 6 Green Chillis (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp Black pepper pd
- 1½ tsp Ginger paste
- 1½ tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Butter
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Refined Oil
TIME REQUIRED : Less than 40 minutes
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Take a bowl and make a soft dough with flour, oil, salt & water. Keep aside for some time.
STEP 2
Heat sufficient butter in a pan. Add onion & kaju fry for few minutes.
STEP 3
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli & tomato fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add little bit of water.
STEP 4
Add chicken kima and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, then add black pepper, salt & sugar.
STEP 5
Friends! Our stuffing is ready, now take the dough and divide it some equal pieces and make them little paratha/roti and fry them in a pan then keep them aside.
STEP 6
For, egg batter we need to beat the egg with pinch of salt.
STEP 7
Now, Add the mixture (kima) on top of paratha /roti and make rolls. You can add lemon juice as per taste.
STEP 8
Heat some oil in a pan, dip the roll into the egg batter and dip fry until the color comes golden.
Now your Baby Kima Roll is ready to serve hot with salad.
