ellu poorna kozhukattai recipe /sesame seeds modak

Modakam’s always tastes exemplary with soft outer dough and exotic inner fillings. There are so many variations of poornams that can be done.I have always have had fondness for all types of kozhukattai’s every time. One of my best favourite combination is this Ellu Poorna Kozhukattai recipe. Ellu with jaggery is always a hit combination. You can use white sesame instead of black, but I love to make with black sesame,it tastes even more better.I have already shared thengai poorana kozhukattai here in my space. While shaping the modak use any oil or ghee to grease your hands. You can use even rice flour so that it does not stick to your hands. Its a filling tempting snack that there are chances that you will eat it without any count. Sure,it happens to me every time. This ellu poorna kozhukattai recipe is not only a festive item its a wonderful healthy tasty snack both for adults and kids.
