Daily Thoughts 04/19/2020

I checked the library Twitter and Facebook this morning.

I read some of  Simmons Global Environmental History 10,000 B.C. to 2000 A.D. by Sahana Bawa on the Internet Archive.  I find it interesting.  There are a lot of conjectures about how ancient empires fell because of environmental degradation; drought, lead poisoning, desertification, volcanic eruptions and other things.

I watched some episodes of Fundamentals of Sustainable Living on Kanopy which is part of the Great Courses series.
