After reviews by several friends and careful consideration, I have decided to take the second Book of what I was billing as the Two Novel Set off sale. Whereas the first book, The River, is grounded in some very real life experiences, The Ocean is mostly conjecture on what Rocket would have been like if he was fabulously successful -- and very sick. Because Ronnie James DeRenzo goes in and out out of reality in The Ocean, it is as one reviewer described "as frustrating as it is supremely moving." We are not really quite sure what is real in The Ocean and I think I need to fix the narrative and stream of consciousness before I offer it up for sale again.

There is no timetable for its eventual return. First I'm going to finish another new project and then I am going to re-edit "The River" --- I have been working on these books for ten years, after many rewrites, and I have been working without a professional copy editor. People who have read "The River" say it is good but I have to warn readers it is still a raw product. I'm offering it for sale now in the hopes of building a following that will attract a publisher.

Just keep it mind all my books are offered for sale at cost -- I don't make a dime in royalties from any sale!
