Honestly, I’d fake my Death.

That might sound dramatic, but in fairness, anyone who has been around for a while knows that I am quite possibly the most obnoxiously dramatic person on the planet.

It is a good idea though, because money corrupts, even the most well meaning. That might be my cynical, paranoid inability to trust speaking, but I do think she has a point.

I already struggle to believe that people love and care for me, so can you imagine if I’m Suddenly having to second guess every interaction, in case people are just being nice because I’m loaded? Nah. Can’t do it.

Everyone suddenly wanting to tell me about their big investment idea that would TOTALLY work out if I just hand over some cash. People who hadn’t spoken to me in decades suddenly realising that they’d missed me.

Absolutely not. I’d rather be dead… well, as far as everyone knows, anyway.

I’d give myself a big, ridiculous death, like a very public drowning (believable, because I can’t swim) or some kind of horrific, grisly murder where my body can’t be found, and then I’d disappear into the crowd, get a dodgy passport from some guy in an alley way and go somewhere that nobody knows my name, like…

Well, that, I’m not sure of. I don’t have many places I can see myself settling down forever, so maybe I’d just hop from place to place, living a life of mystery, sprinkling a little cash everywhere I went and trying to leave places better than I found them.

Is it a crazy plan? Yes. Would I do it anyway? You betcha, because I’d be Rich, and rich people always get what they want, so if the rich girl suddenly wants to play dead, who’s going to stop her?
