English accents!

Hello everyone! i'm about to finish my TBR of the month and I'm just so excited, I've been reading and writing like crazy, anyways here is the new review.

A Book at the bottom of your to read list: There has always been a lot more books to read first than this one, it just happens right?
A book you've mean meaning to read: As I said already, I have been meaning to read this for so long but, too many books to read!
A book based entire on it's cover: I saw a picture of this book on Tumblr and the  thing that caught my eye was the Big Ben, like I'm a complete London freak (the dream of my life) and the cover was pretty so I put it on my to read list, and come on the title is pretty awesome and I know is pretty corny but is English boys, so I could do an exception.

Falling In Love with English Boys.
by: Melissa Jensen.
I was kind of nervous when I started this and not because I picked it up for the cover (I've discovered some really good books for that), but because as soon as I started, it was... Well don't get me wrong it wasn't bad.
I was telling my friends I was thinking if my four dollars were worth it, they were, I mean, is not the best book in history, but it is a decent one. The beginning is the slowest part! so it kind of take me three days to pass the boring part because I just didn't wanted to keep reading, being completely honest is the most girly book I've ever read in the way that the important things in the story are: shopping, outfit of the day and how to make the boy fall in love, and I know the title kind of warned me, anyways, I get trough it, it was almost at the half, but for 4 bucks , I couldn't ask for the next Percy Jackson, and I'm not saying sheep books aren't good believe me I got a few for 2 cents and they are amazing, it's a contemporary novel, and is pretty corny, the book is from two points of view, Catherine from this century and Katherine from 200 years ago century, Catherine is an american girl who has been doomed to spend her whole vacations in London because of her mother's job (is she crazy? I would die for spending even a day in London), and there is where she meets Will, he happens to be a descendent of the person her mother is investigating, which happens to be the mother of "the" Katherine, I know is kind of confusing, Catherine has a blog, kind of a diary though and Katherine has diary that Cat is reading, so we get to see the development in Katherine Percival's life in the last century in London, how important it was to her to get married with the right guy, I think I enjoyed more this point of view then Cat's one (maybe is the fact that I love Pride and Prejudice so much) I don't think I like Cat so much, I like Will though, he is the perfect English Gentleman.
The two Kats are pretty alike, in Kat's life we get to see more of like a love triangle, she is falling for guy her father doesn't approves of and also she's struggling with this boy her father want her to marry and then she might have feelings for this family long time friend, also her brother has to go back to war, making his dad proud or marry the love of her life?
Cat's life is more boring she just like this guy and make a plan to get it, documenting every part on her blog, he gives her a birthday present: to choose ten places mentioned on Katherine's diary and he will take her there, there's a misunderstanding a heart broken, lots of chocolate and friends involved, the misunderstanding is cleared and is not the book I would choose, and is not bad either, is more like just... a book, it doesn't have like mystery or a big problem is pretty simple and I think that is with makes it a little bit boring, the only question is, who did Katherine end up marrying?
aside form that I would give it 2/5 stars, because Will is perfect and I like the last century story.
Also I might add that is not exactly like narrated in a normal way we just read entries from Cat's blog and Kat's diary, so in Cat's side we don't get much of a great description.

Slow read and we can get to see a lot of texting, also it does;t have much of a story, but the English boy? was amazing!
