Seeking experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal for Plaintiff's Attorney located in Beachwood for part time position preferably 25 to 30 hours per week with potential for Full time in the future. Job requirements include knowledge of litigation, strong dictation and transcription skills for preparation of various correspondence, Complaints, Motions, Briefs, etc.; knowledge of discovery procedures and typing discovery responses; ordering medical records, medical bills, subrogation liens, indexing medical bills, reviewing medical records and bills and preparing Audits; excellent communication skills, good grammar and typing skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
