Our client is a well-respected, mid-size law firm in an eastern suburb of Cleveland.

The attorneys of this firm represent customers nationwide from Cleveland, Ohio and offer a full spectrum of legal services to individuals and business clients of all sizes, ranging from family-owned enterprises to multi-million dollar national and international corporations, tax-exempt organizations, governmental bodies, charities, foundations and public organizations.

Ideally, this firm is seeking to hire a mid-senior level general corporate transactional attorney on a Temporary Basis to assist with a wide range of transactions from commercial loan documentation drafting to due diligence for closings. This firm provides legal advice and representation to clients seeking to acquire or divest of properties, incorporate new businesses, and clients in need of sophisticated contract drafting and negotiation for a wide range of corporate and real estate deals.

The duration of this temporary engagement is undetermined at this time, but it could last at least 1-3 months.
