attorney to join our expanding Business & Corporate Department.

Qualified candidates must be admitted to the NY Bar and have a

minimum of 3 years' experience in business law & transactional

matters. The ideal candidate should have experience in:

Due diligence investigations and preparation of related

memoranda;

Preparation of acquisition agreements and related closing

documents;

Negotiating deal terms;

Closing transactions; and

Corporate formation/dissolution.
