Our client is a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business located in Cleveland, Ohio with a focus on creditors' rights, collections, and bankruptcy representation for corporate and government clients.

This firm is seeking to partner with a sole practitioner licensed in MI and OH for part time, contract attorney work related to a portfolio of collections claims that would be litigated in the MI courts. Prior experience serving as a creditors rights attorney or defending financial institution claims would be a plus.

The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of collections litigation experience, outstanding attention to detail and communication skills and will be available 3-5 hours/week for hearings and settlement negotiations.

Must be willing to travel to MI for hearings, but will be able to have a flexible work schedule and the flexibility to work from a home office, private practice office, or the clients office on the near west side of Cleveland.
