Excellent Cleveland law firm seeks experienced Corporate Paralegal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in preparing and handling of all business transactions/corporate matters such as agreements, financial arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and government reports/documents. Will assist with forming business entities, corporate formation/dissolution, organization of corporate record books, ordering lien searches (USS, tax judgment), ability to review leases and other real estate documents and experience doing Audit Letters. Must be reliable, dependable, organized and have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in a fast paced, professional environment.
