We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced (5 years minimum) Full time Corporate Transactional Paralegal for a very large law firm client of ours.  

Job Requirements are the following:

1. Significant responsibilities to include transactional management, maintenance of client corporate entity records, drafting general corporate documents, closing preparation and client contact.

2. Experience with drafting stock certificates, meeting minutes, consents, multi-state registration forms and UCC filing forms. 

3. The successful candidate will be a well-organized, self-motivated team member that possesses excellent communication (both written & oral) skills. 

4. A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program is preferred.
