Spurred by a steady uptick in corporate transactional projects from their existing client base, this firm is now conducting a search for lateral partners with sophisticated and compatible practices. The ideal candidates will have 8-15 years of honing their experience with a large law firm, developing expertise in counseling corporate clients and business owners across a range of industries on general corporate law matters including entity selection, structuring and governance; mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures; finance; and succession planning. Experience with corporate tax issues a plus.
