Our corporate client is in the process of acquiring two companies with 7 locations outside of Ohio, and as a result their legal team is seeking to hire a contract licensing and compliance paralegal to assist in the application for new motor vehicle dealer licenses and home medical device licenses in these states. The ideal candidate will have some experience with state business & occupational licensing.

The qualified candidate will be able to hit the group running and not need a lot of oversight or direction.

Responsibilities will include making phone calls and following up with state vehicle licensing examiners and processing paperwork

Strong Attention to detail and communication skills are critical to success in this long-term project.
