The Albany Office of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP seeks an

ambitious attorney with two to five years of experience for an

Associate position. The Albany Offices' current practice covers a

broad array of areas within the labor and employment field,

primarily public sector labor law, including disciplinary and

contract grievances, administrative hearings, PERB proceedings,

contract negotiations, interest arbitration proceedings, and

litigation in state and federal courts.

New Associates have immediate access to clients and to

arbitration proceedings. Strong communication skills, legal

advocacy skills, and writing skills are required. Experience in

administrative hearings or other comparable court proceedings is

preferred. A background in representing labor unions, although not

required, is preferred.
