GetApp released their first Quarterly ranking of the top 25 Itsm solutions on the market. We’re honored to sit at the top of the list. The rankings take into account five factors: user reviews, integrations, mobile platforms, social media presence, and security.

Their strong user review ratings, as well as robust integrations Helped give them a perfect 20 in both of those sub-sections of the scoring. On top of that, their powerful data security measures and mobile capabilities helped them score big, driving them to the top of the list.”
