With the holiday season in full swing, our recent Fall Tour of Samanage Local Advocacy Meetings (SLAMs) has come to an end. In addition to our Spring Tour, we’ve had the opportunity to visit some fantastic cities throughout the United States and take a special trip across the pond to London, England. What was the most memorable part of the tour? The priceless opportunity to meet in person with our customers and friends.

The Slam Fall 2015 Tour stopped off in the following cities:

Special appearance in London featuring Doron Gordon, Founder and President of Samanage, Hans van Stek, General Manager of EMEA, and Sales Executive Kevin Jonkergouw.

Samanage’s Director of Customer Success, Oz Merchant, Director of Technical Services, Ryan van Biljon, and MetricNet’s own Jeff Rumburg delivered presentations on the future of the service desk and how organizations can continually improve their performance in real-time, as well as walking through an in-depth look at upcoming Samanage product features.

We feel like we’ve hit all of the corners of the US in 2015, but the real benefit was getting a chance to meet with you face-to-face. Thanks for making the SLAM Fall 2015 Tour a success!
