The Technology Early Career Development Program (TECDP) graduation event was a success, hosted by Diamond Blackwell, Lead Analyst for the TECDP program and one of the Event organizers. In this program, participants develop technical, leadership, interpersonal, and business skills with a mix of challenging assignments, formalized training, and guided mentorship. They rotate through various business lines, gaining exposure to a wide range of different technologies. Upon graduation from the program, they will be well trained in Technology Services at Cigna, with the knowledge and skills necessary to assume leadership roles throughout the organization.

Many future careers will be in the Development space of Web3 Gaming/Blockchain/Entertainment/IoT/Information Security and the TECDP program helps level-up the participants for these future careers. The Gaming & Entertainment spaces will continue to have unprecedented growth and produce more web content, including exciting interactive Team Building games like Escape Rooms & immersive Environments. Participants learn to solve challenges throughout the escape room in order to exit the room, gathering clues and solving riddles that eventually lead them out of the room- using Virtual Environments but collaborating with a group of people In-person!
